Email Campaigns (/admin/email-campaigns) sends marketing emails to client audiences.

Workflow

1. Ensure SMTP works (Super Admin → Settings → Email).
2. Open Email Campaigns.
3. Choose a quick template or + New Campaign.
4. Pick an audience (all clients, recent, returning).
5. Send and review results in campaign history.

Notes

Warning: Campaigns will not deliver without working platform SMTP.

Best Practices

• Start with a small test audience.
• Keep subject lines clear and firm-branded.
• Respect unsubscribes.
