All platform-wide settings are managed from the Admin Panel → Settings page. You do not need to edit any files manually — everything is configurable through the web interface.
Settings Categories
| Section | What it Controls |

| General | Platform name, logo, default timezone and currency |
| AI (OpenAI) | API key, default free generation quota, per-generation charge |
| Payments | Razorpay and Stripe API keys, commission rate |
| Email / SMTP | Outgoing mail server settings |
| Storage | File upload destination (local or Amazon S3) |
Where to Find Settings
- Log in to the Admin Panel at
https://yourdomain.com/admin - In the left sidebar, click Settings
- Each section is on its own tab
Changes take effect immediately — no server restart required.
Environment file (
.env): The.envfile is for server infrastructure only: database connection, Redis,APP_KEY,APP_URL, and mail driver defaults. Platform settings — OpenAI, payment gateways, S3 storage, Google OAuth, and license — are stored in the database and managed from Admin → Settings.
