Emails are not being sent
Updated Oct 18, 2026
- In the admin panel's Settings, fill in your SMTP host, port, username, password and encryption. Most providers use port 587 with TLS, or 465 with SSL.
- Use a From address on your own domain. Many providers reject mail "from" addresses they don't own.
- Send a test email from the settings page.
- Still nothing? Open
storage/logs/laravel.logand look forSwiftorMailererrors near the time you tried. Attach those lines to a ticket.
If your host blocks outgoing SMTP ports, use an email provider's API instead (for example Mailgun, Postmark or Amazon SES).
