Overview
Platform Overview (/super/dashboard) is the Super Admin home page. It summarises the health of the entire Matterly SaaS.
Features
- KPI cards: firms, MRR, AI credits, support tickets

- Revenue trend chart
- Subscription health bars

Tables
Recent firms shows name, plan, services, status, MRR, and join date.
Workflow
- Review KPIs each morning.
- Click urgent tickets if any are open.
- Export a report for monthly reviews.
- Add firms as new customers onboard.
Notes
Tip: Impersonate a firm from the Firms page when you need to verify what firm staff see.
Best Practices
- Investigate MRR drops via Subscriptions and Invoices.
- Keep AI credit usage under plan limits by topping up firms that rely on AI tools.
