A module was switched off, or the site broke after installing one

A module that keeps throwing errors is switched off automatically, and the reason is shown under its name on the Modules page. The rest of the site keeps working, and the module's data is kept.

1. Read the reason on the Modules page, and the last entries in storage/logs/laravel.log.
2. Fix the cause (for example update the module, or the product, if it says Needs version x.y).
3. Click Switch on to try again.

Can't reach the admin panel? Add this line to .env and run php artisan config:clear:

LICENTRA_MODULES_SAFE=true

No modules load until you remove it. Or switch them all off from the command line:

php artisan module:disable --all

Then open a ticket with the module's name and version and the log lines, and we'll help.

"Needs attention" after an install means its database step failed: click Retry database update on its row.
